Paw_ever ships worldwide through trusted fulfillment and shipping partners.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping times
Estimated delivery times after processing:
- UNITED STATES: [7–15] business days
- WORLDWIDE: [10–25] business days
Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees. Because some of our products ship from overseas suppliers, delivery can take longer than standard domestic retail. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier volume, weather, or peak seasons.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking to become active.
Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
